The duty of throwing out the ceremonial first pitch was handled by former CHS ('14) standout Rachel Hoffman . . .

Before she got to work, Rachel was surprised by Coach Lewis citing her
many milestones at CHS and Coach Vanderburgh presenting posies and
a plaque in recognition of her accomplishments ~

Batting Career ~ 247 At-Bats, 106 Hits, Average .429, 70 RBI's, 18 Doubles, 8 triples, 18 Home Runs

Her 106 hits are the highest ever at CHS and the first Lady Bison hitter over 100.

She played her college freshman season at UPJ and is transferring to Clarion this fall and will play softball there next spring.
