Altoona wins 10th
The Altoona softball team finished the regular season at 10-6, thanks to a 1-0 win over Clearfield in high school action at Logan Elementary School.
Winning pitcher Jessica Seasoltz drove in the winning run in the sixth inning. Brooke Kulawiec walked and moved to second on a Molly Glunt single. Seasoltz followed with her hit

Seasoltz gave up one hit and struck out 12. She did not walk a batter. Clearfield did get a runner on base in the bottom of the seventh, but Seasoltz struck out a batter to end the game.
Altoona will host Central Mountain on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. in the first round of the District 6 Class AAAA playoffs.
